As eating the wrong food or having excess of it could land you into numerous health related problems like obesity, heart diseases, diabetes and cancers. Obesity
We must have come across this word a zillion times and know what it does to us but is highly ignored. It’s the result of mindless eating of foods high in cholesterol levels, starch, and high intake of saturated fats, sugar and calories along with it. A healthy diet and a regular work out regime is the key. Calories from fat should be no more than 30% of the entire daily calories. Dairy and meat consumption must be replaced with high diet rich fiber vegetable proteins such as beans and soy. Sugar intake should be considerably reduced, such as soft drinks, desserts and processed food .Drinking plenty of water and having 3 to 4 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables will do the trick. Work out regime should stress on flexibility and stretching as well as ample aerobic activities, such as running and swimming which keeps the heart and lungs fit and burn excess calories. Weight training can also be included to improve strength and build muscle.
Heart Diseases

Diabetes
One of the most wide spread disorders in men which has absolutely no cure is diabetes. It’s a disease that affects the body’s capacity to create or react to insulin, a hormone that lets the blood glucose enter the cells and be used for energy. Most common is Type2 which usually occurs in men above 45 yrs of age which is the result of excess sugar in the body, poor dietary habits family history, obesity, high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels. Men with diabetes must control their blood sugar levels, avoid smoking and alcohol, avoid sugar intake and exercise regularly like walking, swimming, jogging etc.
